- Chingford and Woodford Green HQ defaced with anti-Israel messages
A Labour party office in northeast London has been covered in anti-Israel graffiti with the Met Police launching a hunt for the vandals.
The party’s Chingford and Woodford Green HQ was defaced yesterday with the message ‘Israel Lobby Out. Work 4 Us. UK MPs Work For UK. Not Israel’ scrawled across the office’s windows.
Passersby first noticed the graffiti on Saturday morning.
Images posted on X, formerly Twitter, showed people working to remove the graffiti yesterday afternoon.
The incident was soon reported to the Met and an investigation is underway.

‘Together, we will defeat the forces of hatred and antisemitism and take our positive message of change to residents here in Chingford and Woodford Green.’
